Where do I set up the location of ASC help files

I am clicking on the ASC Help Icon and my Supply Chain Help is not opening up.

You need to check the path settings in the ASC client.
This could be caused by a server move so the help files are in a different location.
To find the path the system is using to find the help files:

  1. Select System

  2. Then Application Configuration

  3. You will then see a section on Help

  4. Click on the Spyglass navigate to the location of the files

  5. Exit from the screen and then OK to Save
