Check the number of licences for each module and how many are used by going to File/Cog, About. The information is shown module by module at the bottom of the Window. Check that these values are correct especially if a new licence or unlock has recently been installed.
Clear any "dead" logins by opening the Supply Chain Administrator, opening the Users tab, right-clicking the effected user and clicking Inactivate
The maximum number of users logged on has been reached, please contact your Administrator
Users cannot log into Access Supply Chain and get the message. "The maximum number of users logged on has been reached, please contact your Administrator"
