Access Supply Chain: No DNS entries for Host error

We are trying to load Access Supply Chain and are seeing and exception that stops us loading the software. When checking the detail of the error, this shows:

This error typically indicates a fault with your local or wide-area network, and in most cases would require investigation by your IT team. Typical causes of this particular fault are:

  • A loss of domain trust between the client PC and Domain Controller

  • A fault with the DNS service on the Domain Controler

  • A configuration issue on a VPN connection
