Access Supply Chain: Error: 'Record in XYZ-LOT {Lot Details} IS LOCKED BY ANOTHER USER' when trying to work with stock

We are having an issue with stock being locked, and are getting the following error message: Record in XYZ-LOT {Lot Details} IS LOCKED BY ANOTHER USER - ABORTING NOT ALOWED - WILL RERTY ON PRESSING OK

Some examples include not being able to:

i) book stock into any warehouses

ii) pick any stock

Make sure that no one is processing any stock transactions ask the user with issues to try again.

If that does not work, try clearing users slots:

  1. System

  2. Maintenance

  3. User Slots

  4. Select Delete All (that will only remove inactive slots)

  5. Yes to Delete

If that does not resolve the issue it needs to go to ASC support to investigate
