If the stock usage period is set incorrectly, it may cause stock usage figures to become corrupted. You can correct this by updating the current month setting in System Parameters and then running a recalculation.
⚠️Important: All users must be logged out of the system before you begin.
Update the current month for stock usage
Go to System and click Application Configuration.
Click System Parameters.
Click Stock Control.
Click Save to advance to the second page of settings.
Set the Current Month for Stock Usage to the number of the current calendar month (for example, 1 for January).
Click Save multiple times until you are returned to the main System Parameters screen.
Recalculate stock usage
Click Stock.
Click Product Updates.
Click Item Master Mass Change.
Click Special Updates.
Select the Recalculate Stock Usage option, then click Save.
