Delta order not appearing as Delivered or Invoiced in ASC

Sales Order {order number} looks like it has been confirmed in Delta but not come through to ASC as delivered and invoiced.

What causes this issue?

The usual cause of this is that the Sales Order is in a "Held" status in ASC, before you contact support, please first release the order in Supply Chain.
