When deleting batched purchase transactions or reconcile transactions, the following error generates:
Access Supply Chain has encountered a problem.
Click the More Detail button the information shows Exception Text of
'Timeout occurred please contact your administrator.'
The problem could be resolved by one of several actions:
Logging out and back into Supply Chain.
Restarting your computer Restoring Windows layout. More information is available about Access Supply Chain: Saving, Opening and Restoring a user's Window Layout and running a client update | Access Supply Chain Help Centre
A restart of the Server (Please contact your IT provider for further advice and information on this process).
