This error could have 3 cause factors:

  • AOI is not installed in the correct manner. You need to be sure that AOI has has been installed correctly on the problem machine.

  • Further to this, you would need to ensure that the machine has .NET Framework to be version 4.6.2 or later, as well as having the previous versions installed.

  • If AOI has been installed and setup in the correct manner, then the issue may be caused by the licence file given by despatch.
