Error: 'Cannot change the quantity on an allocated lot'

When trying to remove some stock off of the system the error message 1668 appears:


Cannot change the quantity on an allocated lot


This message indicates that the lot which contains the stock has been allocated to an order in the system which Supply Chain believes to be outstanding. Please ensure that you have completed any orders that reference the relevant lot number.

If you have no relevant outstanding orders,Please start a conversation on the Access Community Portal.How to contact Support via the MyAccess Portal | Access Supply Chain Help Centre, and provide the details of the affected lot.
