To resolve this issue Support will need to run some scripts on the database. This needs to go to the support Team, detailing the Movement order reference number in the details.
Unable to open a warehouse movement order following computer crash
The session crashed during the processing of a warehouse movement order, and I am now unable to open that order again as it says it is locked by another user.
