Uploading a File for Supply Chain Data Import

Before uploading the file, you will first need to identify which server is hosting the Supply Chain Services.

At the Supply Chain login screen, click Options.

- If a server name is displayed, this is the server hosting the Supply Chain Services.
- If the value is set to Localhost, you are on the machine hosting the services.

1. At the Supply Chain login screen, click Options.
2. Review the TCP Server field:
 - If a server name is displayed, this is the server hosting the Supply Chain Services.
 - If the value is set to Localhost, you are on the machine hosting the services.

Copy the file to the location specified within System, Data Import , Filename.

1. Connect to the server identified above.
2. Copy the file to the location specified within System, Data Import , Filename.

If you do not have direct access to the required server this will need to go to your support team to help further. 

When attempting to import CSV files using the Data Import utility, Access-hosted users will need to upload a copy of the import file to their hosted system.
