Lots with zero physical can exist in the system when a whole lot has been allocated to an order. These should clear when the order is despatched.
If the lot is very old, and does not have an associated allocation, please ask to get this passed to support to look into.
Lots are visible within the system with zero physical stock
In some cases, lots with zero physical stock will be visible in the system. Sometimes these are for legitimate reasons, other times they will require data correction.
