This issue occurs due to the barcode font required by a report not being installed. Please ask your IT team to check the barcodes that are installed on a working machine, copy them across to the problem machine and paste.

For ASC labels the font needs to be<b>  </b>FREE3OF9.TFF<br>For Purchase Invoice labels the font needs to  be  BC39HRS.TFF<br>The labels are located in the root directory:- C:\WINNT\FONTS

The main labels required to cover all instances of the different types of barccodes are: 

- CODE39AZALEAWIDE1
- CODE39AZALEAWIDE2
- CODE39AZALEAWIDE3
- CODE39AZALEAREGULAR1
- CODE39AZALEAREGULAR2
- CODE39AZALEAREGULAR3

The barcode will not render properly when printing delivery notes, and displays as a string of numbers.
