Enter currency values in a transaction

Steps to enter a currency value in a Sales or Purchase ledger transaction so that the GBP equivalent is calculated automatically.

You can use the Enter Currency option in a Sales or Purchase ledger transaction to enter the foreign currency value directly, with the GBP equivalent calculated for you automatically.

  1. In the transaction, select the Options tab.

  2. Tick Enter Currency.

  3. The screen will update to allow you to enter the currency value directly.
