Purchase Order is showing a delivered quantity for stock that was booked in but the Stock has not been created

Goods have been received on site for a Purchase Order and the stock is nowhere to be seen on the system.
It cannot be seen in either the stock or lot history as having been created, the item had been booked in.

The data has to be reset to enable you to redo the receipt of stock.
