We have had instances with Hand Held Terminals (HHT's) and issues switching between network points, they may be moving into a bad signal area. You will need to get your wireless connectivity checked and the comms software checked on the HHT's.
Scanner timing out during stock movements?
If scanners are timing out or showing errors specifically during stock movements (rather than dropping off the network entirely), the cause is more likely the Access Connect service on the web server becoming unresponsive — not wireless connectivity.
