Access to modules and their parts are managed via their Security Profile.
This applies to ASC Financials and not the Manufacturing/ERP areas in the system
To check a profile:
Go to System and select Security Profiles.
Locate the user's profile and Open it.
Drag modules left or right to amend access rights.
Expand enabled modules to select specific areas within them.
Select the final option in the expanded list to view specific permissions for that aspect.
Please note that any changes will affect all users in that profile the next time they log in.
Tip: You can find which profile a user is assigned to via their User record in the System area, or view a list of all users in the Security Profile area
