Warehouse permissions can be created or edited by doing the following:

  1. Select System, Maintenance, Permissions

  2. To amend an existing permission set, select Open and browse to the User Group / ID combination for the permission set you wish to amend.

  3. To create a new permission set, select New then first create a User Group that matches the user's security profile group name (if it doesn't already exist), then subsequently create the User ID in that group.

Warehouse permissions are found on Page 4
The available settings are:

  • Warehouse Code 1 - 10 - Specify a list of up to 10 warehouses that the user can access, any warehouses not entered will not be accessible. If all fields are blank, this will give the user full access.

  • WM Flag 1 - Set if this user is allowed to create / access movement orders on which this warehouse participates even though the other warehouse is NOT accessible by the user.

  • WM Flag 2- Allows user to post orders to warehouses that they do not have access.

  • Use Quarantine Warehouses - Allows the user to move stock in and out of quarantine warehouses. They will still not be able to directly consume stock (for despatches and works orders) from the locations.
