How to run Job Costing for Standard Bills

Updating costs on standard Bills of Materials

To run Job costing for Standard Bills:
1. Stock
2. Product Costing
3. Standard Bills
4. Click on Calculate Costs
5. Select The Radio button to decide how you want to calculate the costs
6. Enter the File name you require or just click on Save if you do not want to change the file name.
(You will need to over write or append the file if it already exists)
7.Enter the range of parts or leave blank if all parts are to be included.
8. Enter the quantities you want to base the calculation on
9. Click on Save
8. Message Calculations Complete click on OK
9. Repeat 1-3 and you can Update the Costs or select other options using the temporary name you set earlier

Run on a test company the first time you do this
