You need to go into:
Stock Menu item
Click on BoM Updates
Select Dropdown Replace a Part (All Bills)
This gives you the Blanket Replace of Part Screen
Enter the Replaced part then the Replacement Part including the Revision if required, then Save
You should try this in a test company initially to check that you are happy with the results
