Purchase order is stuck following a crash

Computer crashed in the middle of a purchase order transaction and now I cannot accept deliveries against the order I was working on

In some cases, a user's slot and processes may become stuck, typically after a crash or other problem, this can cause processes to be locked. The slots can be cleared as follows:

  1. In Supply Chain, go to System, Maintenance.

  2. Select User Slots.

  3. Click Delete All. This will only clear slots for inactive processes, it will not affect users who are actually in the system.
