When trying to print a crystal report from within Supply Chain, the following error generates:
Error: Crystal print error has occurred: "The handle is invalid"
This is an local environmental issue.
Many Crystal threads suggest that the error is related to the Printer or the Printer Driver on your PC or server.
Please ask your IT to investigate this issue on the SQL server and RDS server. For example, reinstall or update the printer drivers.
