When running a report within Access Supply Chain.
There Is a message that either a connection cannot be made to the SQL server or the server is not found, then an ODBC login prompt appears, at this stage entering the correct SQLserver details does not fix the issue.
Sometimes a user also gets the Failed to open the connection error message when running Crystal reports through Access Supply Chain.
These errors have probably been caused by the installer failing on a new Client Installation, with the MadiSunSQL data source needed for the Crystal Report not having been created. The Person that installed the New Client will have seen this error as part of the process and should have been able to fix it. So this needs to go back to them as they will have the connection details and password.
