This usually occurs on a newly installed version of Access Supply Chain on a users machine.

Message 1212 Failed to connect to the server CCITC32-0034E
CCITCP could not find an entry for "mfcobol" in the "services" TCP/IP configuration file.

  1. On the user's PC, with local admin rights:

  2. Open the file C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\Services using any text editor (Notepad will work fine)

  3. Add the following entry at the appropriate place (i.e. between other entries that use port numbers in the 80's):

mfcobol 86/udp

4. Save the file and reboot the PC
