I cannot log out and back into the application and get the following message.

Could not connect to net.tcp://[Server Name]:[ASC Port]/LogonService. The connection attempt lasted for a time span of 00:00:21.0513982. TCP error code 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond {Server IP Address}:{ASC Port}. (EndpointNotFoundException)

I am unable to log into the system , this is usually because Access NFP Server is not running (other users may b on and processing ok):

  1. Left Click on the Windows button

  2. Type in Services

  3. Select and run Windows Services

  4. Access NFP Server [Version Number] in the list

  5. If it is not showing a status, click on it and Start the service

If the service is running, you will need to get all of your users out and restart it. Do Not Restart with users logged on as that may corrupt Data
