A new user has been added to the system. when they log into ASC they get a permissions issue and then only the accounts options display, non of the ERP options are showing.
This is because all uses on Access Supply Chain have to be added with a user logged into ASC with SA or equivalent rights on the SQL server machine that holds the ASC database.
Solution is to remove the user and re add with a user with the correct permissions and that is usually the SA user.
