Documents posted through Readsoft (Access Capture) not posting through to Access Supply Chain

Invoices exported through Readsoft (Access Capture), but they are not showing in Access Supply Chain. This usually takes a couple of minutes to show in Supply Chain following the export.

o ensure documents/invoices post through to Access Supply Chain, you will need to check the following:

1. Firstly confirm that the document status in Readsoft is showing 'Documents Exported.' This means the documents have successfully exported from Readsoft but are not hitting Access Supply Chain.

If the document status is not showing as Documents Exported you will need to find the relevant article. This solution is only for documents that have been successfully exported on Readsoft.

Solution:
Ask your IT to check the following:

1. Connect to the server on which the application (Supply Chain) is installed
2. Open Services
3. Select the Access File Import Service
4. Right-click and select Start

Once this service is successfully running your issue will be resolved.

Note: in some instances, we have found the account running the Access File Import Service has changed its password, therefore causing the service to stop working. Please ensure the account running the service has the most up-to-date password configured.
