The user was unable to close the window ( in this case Stock History ) or process inside it. The window could be maximised or Minimised but nothing else , and it was not possible to exit Supply Chain either.
The users session will need to be ended and the Supply Chain Client Launcher task needs to be ended. Please complete the following steps:
Connect to the client machine
Review in Task manager , looking for Netlaunch.exe process to confirm it is missing
End the SupplyChain.exe process
Login to Supply Chain as the 'sa' user and inactivate the user to allow them to log back in
Alternatively inactivate the user in the Supply Chain Administrator
Also in the Supply Chain Administration Utility, right click user name and Inactivate. In more recent versions of the software the user does not have to be made inactive.
Note: If you are unable to do this or don't feel confident, either your internal IT can do it or a member of the support team would be more than happy to assist.
If the issue continues to occur, please check the client PC has the latest Windows and Security updates installed, on it's operating system.
