Every customer has access to:

Chat and Tickets

MyAccess Portal's chat connects you directly with the Access Supply Chain's Digital Assistant and support team for real-time assistance with more complex queries. If a ticket has been raised with the Access Supply Chain's team from a Chat, you can view and update it within the MyAccess Portal.

The Support team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm GMT/BST.
