Open File Explorer in Windows, with a user ID that has admin rights
Browse to C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Access Accounting Ltd\
Rename the DimensionsX folder to DimensionsX.old. Leave the window open
Launch Supply Chain, but do not attempt to login at this point, just close the launcher when it appears - this will create a new DimensionsX folder in the above location
Browse to C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Access Accounting Ltd\DimensionsX.old\7.2.2.0\
Right-click on the file LogonUserSettings.xml and select Copy
Browse to C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Access Accounting Ltd\DimensionsX\7.2.2.0\
Right click anywhere in the white space and select Paste
Close File Explorer
Launch Supply Chain again and login as normal
Error: 'Access Supply Chain has encountered a problem'
When attempting to launch the application, I get an error message as follows: 'Access Supply Chain has encountered a problem'. It then closes and locks my account.
