Users can't connect to ASC after launching an RDP session, due to the following error generates:
RemoteApp Disconnected
Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of the these reasons:
1) Remote access to the server is not enabled
2) The remote computer is turned off
3) The remote computer is not available on the network
Make sure that the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network and that remote access is enabled.
The SQL server, application and RDS servers need rebooting. Please ask you IT department to action this if your servers are on premise.
If your databases are on the Access Cloud hosted environment, Support will raise a ticket with Cloud Engineering, to action the server reboots.
