How to add an additional T code to the Purchase Order Review screen; Code T6 is not displaying.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\ASC7.2.2\Client Application (or wherever the ASC install is) Make a copy of ASCForms.mdb before you start:
Open ASC Form designer
Type in POMNT in the Program Name Box
Enter
Select line Win no 3, Relevant form code, Sub-form 1 Labeled Purchase Order Detail Review
Form ,Add Object, Field
Select 0216 analysis code 6 click on Add button then OK
Message Change The column ordering message, OK
In the form move across until you can see the added field
Right click on the label from Analysis code 6 which is blue.
Modify Label Properties, Change label Text change from Analysis code 6 to T6
Right click in the box below which has Analysis code 6 in it
change column ordering

Select 0216 use arrows to move down past the T5 code
OK
File, Exit
Do you want to save the Form? select Yes
Then Exit and Exit again
Log into ASC on the server and check that the change is showing on the Purchase Order Detail Review Screen.
Then get the users to update their forms, they will also need to log out and back in again.
