You need your temporary cache where reports are to have report/s that are pre loaded for your session renamed. This will need to be done by someone that has access to rename the Reports section of your temporary file store.
This error is caused by Access Supply Chain being unable to open the Crystal Report on your machine. Likely error messages are
Load report failed. (CrystalReportsException)
The system cannot find the file specified
To resolve this, the following will need to be done.
Close Access Supply Chain.
Within File Explorer, navigate to C:\Users\[Your User]\AppData\Local\Access Accounting Ltd\DimensionsX\7.2.2.0\Reports [where in this example 7.2.2.0 is your system version]
Rename the Reports Folder to ReportsOld
Open Access Supply Chain. When you go to use a Crystal Report with Access Supply Chain, it will then re-download it from the server and be available to use.
