Error - 'The ADM GUI API has not been initialised!' when viewing documents

When trying to view documents in Supply Chain I am Presented with an error The ADM GUI API has not been initialised!

This is usually caused by the users not having ADM details set against their users in Access Supply Chain. To resolve this:

  1. Go to System, User Records

  2. Open the relevant user and go to Linked Users tab

  3. Enter the ADM User Name and ADM Password

  4. Check User

  5. Click Save

If you notice that the ADM credentials are already set against the user and you are using our hosted Access Document, then it may be that a CAPTCHA has triggered against the login credentials. To clear this, you will need to do the below:

  1. Navigate to the Access aCloud website

  2. Login with the Access Document credentials

  3. Tick the "I am not a Robot" message .

  4. Complete any requirements from the CAPTCHA and enter the website..

  5. This should then allow you to use ADM within AccessSupply Chain

If this issue is only affecting one or two users, it must be PC client specific. Please run a full virus scan of the offending PC's, using Malwarebytes Adwcleaner scan. If nothing was found test the go.accesscloud.com

Run hardware tests and if they are fine, it may be a software issue. Try uninstalling and reinstalling Access Supply Chain and Acrobat Reader, or action a full Windows Operating System PC rebuild.
