The problem is with the general installation of the Crystal Reports engine on the user machine so check with whoever did the install of the ASC client and ask them to check it.
Error: 'Operation not yet implemented' when trying to run a crystal report
Running a crystal report in ASC you are getting the following message. Error in file [user], [report name] Operation not yet implemented.
