This normally occurs after a new ASC Client install, when a user is trying to run anything that relies on a Crystal report. This should have been caught as part of the installation tests and rectified by the installer, so they need to look into this.
This needs to be done as a local Administrator on the machine
This error message means that the installation of Crystal Reports Runtime has failed to complete during the ASC install process.
β
Initially run upgradeclient.exe as an administrator from the local machine's Client Application folder
