When trying to log in to Supply Chain or use any of the menu options, the following error generates:-
Exception Message:
'Object reference not set to an instance of an object. (NullReferenceException)'

If this error is only affecting one or two random users, please action the following steps:
Check permissions on the C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\ASC7.2.2\ folder
Go to C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Access Accounting Ltd\ and rename the relevant user profile DimensionsX folder (just add .old) and try again.
If error is affecting all users, this is caused due to problems with the NFP Service and can be caused by the account running the service, being locked, password changed. Ensure the account used to 'log in' to the service is correct and active.
