You IT support company need to check some things.
Ensure that the following files are present in C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\ASC7.2.2\Client Application\ folder on the users machine:
Access.WFF.Client
WinForms.dllAccess
WFF.shared.35.dll
EO.Base.dll
EO.WebBrowser.dll
EO.WebEngine.dll
If the files are missing, run the Client Update on the user's PC.

If the files are not copied down by the Client Update, they may need to be copied from the same location on the server.

If the files are missing entirely, they can be found within the path that the installer unpacks to, this is typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Supply Chain\Install\<ASC VERSION> (CD)\WFF\<WFF VERSION> on the server
