How to resolve this

โš ๏ธImportant:This should have been discovered as part of the installation testing.

To resolve this error, the person who has installed the client will need to perform the following steps:

  1. Close Supply Chain.

  2. Navigate to the Client Application folder on the local PC (usually located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\ASC7.2.2\Client Application")

  3. Run the 'RegisterSCFNET.bat' file as an administrator (Right click and Run as Administrator). This will only take a second to process.

  4. Run the 'UpgradeClient.exe' again as administrator

  5. Select Next, you may or may not then see a list of prerequisites that need to be installed

  6. Select Next again and then Finish once the process is complete.

  7. Now log back into Supply Chain, and the manufacturing options should now be working.
