Users can't launch sales order maintenance and item master stock window, after logging into ASC., but can launch ledgers options.
Please remote onto the SQL server and stop the following from the Services console:
Access NFP Server (this will not stop you will need to go to task manager and kill the process AccessAccounts.Accounts.Server.exe)
Access Supply Chain Server
Micro Focus CCITCP2 daemon
Micro Focus License Manager
Once they have been stopped please re-start them in the following order:
Micro Focus License Manager
Micro Focus CCITCP2 daemon
Access Supply Chain Server
Access NFP Server
