Cannot apply new license file using the Supply Chain Administration Utility due to
error:
'An unlock key cannot be assigned to a database with active users'
In the Supply Chain Administration utility click on:
Database tab
Users
On active header click to sort descending
Right click on any records that have tick in active field and Inactivate user
Check record count to see that all records have been returned in the list
If not left click on user list at the bottom left hand side and click on Next repeating 3 to 5
Make sure your users do not have any ASC client sessions open
