Customer cannot allocate payments because the analysis code triggers a message:
You must enter a valid nominal structure for the detail line
indicating setup issues with analysis code or nominal account. A new licence was applied recently.
The new licence that was recently applied to your system includes a configuration option that changes how the system validates transactions. Instead of using your existing analysis codes (which are all set up correctly), the system is now requiring a different Nominal Structure setup that has not been configured in your environment. Since this structure does not exist in your system, every transaction is failing validation.
A new licence needs to be issued without the additional Nominal Structure option included. Once the updated licence is applied and users restart the application, normal transaction processing will resume immediately. Please contact support so we can raise a internal licence provisioning ticket.
