One sales line is complete but user can't complete the other sales order line, from sales orde entry, due to the following error message:
The different order lines have different stati therefore you cannot maintain this order
To set the other sales order line as complete:
Click Sales then click Status Change.
Click Change Sales Order Status and enter the Sales Order Number.
Click Complete Order.
You are then asked to confirm Are you sure (Y/N)?Click Y.
