If the users session has fallen over and they are still active from Version 7.3.12 the user is able to reset their earlier session with out having to ask someone the following. They will get the message:
You're already logged in. Please click OK and then enter your password again to login.
To make users inactive in ASC:
Make sure the user is not processing.
Left-click Windows Start
Go into Access Applications and run the Supply Chain Administrator
Log in as the sa user
On the Database tab click Users
Click the active column header until it lists the active users.
Right-click the required user and select Inactivate User.
